I can't say that last week was the best week I've had. In addition to just having a rough week and only going to Zumba once, I had homemade biscuits, gravy, eggs, sausage, and bacon on Saturday night and homemade (super delicious) waffle last night. Obviously that doesn't amount up to much in terms of weight loss ;) But hey, Noah's aunt is one of the best cooks I know and they were goooood.
Today's weight: 196.5
Very little weight lost last week but no weight gained! It's slowly but surely coming off and when I step on the Jamaican beach in July my butt will not be eating my bikini. ;)
