Weigh - In Monday

Ok, so I admit. I've completely avoided weighing myself for 2 weeks. I was scared. Very scared. I went on a eat-what-I-want-food-binge. Oopsie.


BUT I have been diligent on going to Zumba when I can and also exercising at home on my faithful Wii Fit. (I swear it works.)


I weighed myself this morning and was 192. Yeah! 3.5 more lbs down!

:D That was some much needed encouragement.

  1. Way to go! Zumba rocks....my mom lost tons of weight doing it!! I have GOT to start going again, it makes me feel sooooo good when I do it!! Keep it up:)~~
